The founding of Sweetwaters in 1993 by Wei and Lisa Bee in downtown Ann Arbor near the University of Michigan reflects their passion for creating a unique coffeehouse experience. The combination of classic café fare with globally influenced coffees and teas suggests a diverse and interesting menu. This approach not only caters to a broad range of tastes but also adds an element of creativity to the traditional coffee house concept. The emphasis on creating an environment that is both classic and friendly is likely to contribute to the overall appeal of Sweetwaters.

Our Expericence

Coffeehouses often serve as community spaces, and a welcoming atmosphere can enhance the overall experience for customers. Recently, I visited Sweetwater Coffee and Tea and some of my favorite drinks. The first one I tried was The Pumpkin Spice Latte. The Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) is a popular seasonal beverage, especially in the fall. It's known for its combination of espresso, steamed milk, and pumpkin spice flavoring. The flavor typically includes cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, giving it a warm and cozy taste that many people associate with autumn. Another one of my favorite drinks to get at Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea was the White Chocolate Cappuccino. This drink was a delightful variation of the classic cappuccino that incorporated the sweet and creamy flavor of white chocolate.

As I continue to visit Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea in Dallas, I will continue trying different types of coffee, teas, and specialty drinks.
