Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa is a popular all-inclusive resort located in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia. The resort is known for its all-inclusive packages, which typically include meals, beverages, entertainment, and various activities.
The resort has multiple restaurants and bars to choose from. We were highly satisfied with their service and all that it had to offer. We enjoyed many of their on-site restaurants. Our favorite on site dining was Silk. Silk served our favorite flavors from the East inspired by Thai, Indian, Japanese and Chinese cuisines and infused with delicious. This dining was a 10/10 for us!

The Land Leg: Soufriere Delight Volcano
Our day began with an exhilarating drive toward Soufriere, a town nestled between the majestic Pitons. The highlight awaited us - the Soufriere Delight Volcano. The drive itself offered breathtaking views of lush landscapes and the sparkling Caribbean Sea.Upon reaching the volcano, the scent of sulfur filled the air as we marveled at the bubbling pools and volcanic vents. The knowledgeable guide enlightened us about the geological wonders, making the experience not only visually stunning but also intellectually enriching.
Toraille Waterfall Oasis
Our nautical adventure led us to the Toraille Waterfall, a hidden oasis tucked away in the heart of the island. As we approached, the distant sound of cascading water grew louder, and the sight that unfolded before us was nothing short of magical.
The Sea Leg: A Tranquil Cruise
Transitioning from the rugged terrain to the azure waters, we boarded a boat for the sea leg of our journey. The gentle waves cradled us as we sailed along the coastline, taking in the panoramic views of St. Lucia's shores. The boat then stopped in the middle of the Atlantic allowing us to take a cool dip in the waters. A dip forever remembered!
